For clients who’ve implemented one of our integrations, we’ll walk you through your entire set-up – whether it’s with Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopware or Shopify. Make sure you understand how to best harness and drive value from the powerful integration between Dotdigital and your ecommerce platform.
As this training covers the integration it is essential that delegates have existing knowledge of the Dotdigital. Customers who have multiple integrations with their Dotdigital account and were only trained on one as part of their initial training may also select this product to ensure that they have the full understanding of all of their integrations.

What we'll need from you
- A list of your delegates*, including their email addresses
- Details of any integration you have specified
- Your choice of location: Online or at a Dotdigital office
Things to know and caveats
- Up to 6 delegates per session
- Face to Face Training at Dotdigital offices is only currently available in our London or East Croydon offices.
- Additional travel and accommodation costs will apply for training at your premises and are invoiced separately after training is delivered.
- Training follows a standard program. Tailor made packages are available upon request at an additional charge.
The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
