The Managed Services Team is required to execute the following:
2 x Program sanity check/test/coms – 5 credits/hours each (Grand total - 10 credits)
Programs: Re-engagement and Best Sellers
• Prep time - call with client to understand what they want to achieve from the program
• Check program
• Test program
• Follow up to run through your suggestions/recommendations
We will review and if any issues we will make recommendations and guidance but the cost doesn’t include fixing – depending on the issue, it may be quoted separately.
