The Managed Services team is required to assist the client on the following:
The Deliverability Team are creating a IP warming plan for Getting Personal to help GP move their MSN data from the Child account to the Parent Account. Managed Services will be required to build the segments and the copy campaigns working alongside the client.
- Deliverability will perform an email list composition analysis and develop a bespoke migration plan based on GPs recipients.
- DMS will guide on list segmentation based the MSN domain and engagement, and assigning of each address to be mailed on a specific day during ramp up period.
- DMS will create the segments
*Campaigns: client to create camapigns. DMS to copy the ramp up campaigns and move them to the correct account for the ramp up, if needed
* Sends - the client will do the sends following the Deliverability plan and using the segments created by the DMS
