The Managed Services team is required to deliver the following:
1 transactional campaign (abandoned cart):
- The scope does not include testing of transactional data/ sends – this will need to be managed by iSmash / KRCS
- The scope does not include advice on sending personalisation values in to the campaign via API – I’ll send through a separate link to Chloe outlining the transactional email API and how this works
- As stage 1 emails are being sent using transactional module (triggered by ismash), dotdigital cannot determine who has been sent email 1 within the program itself. The triggering of stage 2/3 emails will be reliant on the appointment insight data being passed through the account
- dotdigital will only create the visual and add content from what the Ismash provide, any API transactional details will need to be pushed in to the template and styled by iSmash.
