Our most popular training option which gives you a thorough understanding of Dotdigital platform functionality. 
We're flexible with our training delivery as you can come to our offices* for face to face training, we can come to you*, or training can be delivered remotely over two online sessions.

Your trainer will advise next steps for:
  • Pages & forms
  • SMS (if relevant) 
  • Contact scoring (if relevant)


    What we'll need from you

    • A list of your delegates*, including their email addresses 
    • Your choice of location: Online, at a Dotdigital office; or at your offices
    • Details of any integration you have specified

      Things to know and caveats

       

      • Up to 6 delegates per session
      • Face to Face Training at Dotdigital offices is only currently available in our London or East Croydon offices. 
      • Additional travel and accommodation costs will apply for training at your premises and are invoiced separately after training is delivered. 
      • Training follows a standard program. Tailor made packages are available upon request at an additional charge.

       

      The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital . Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
