When a contact submits any of the three forms, they will be automatically enrolled into a single automation program. This program will send a confirmation email in the correct language based on the contact’s selection:

• German selected → German confirmation email
• French selected → French confirmation email
• English selected or no language selected → English confirmation email (fallback)

Each confirmation email will include dynamic content blocks that reflect any additional interests the contact has chosen, such as Monthly newsletters, Special offers and promotions, UK‑based travel itineraries, and Product recommendations.

To deliver this functionality, the Dotdigital Implementation Consultancy team will build:

• One automation program that manages enrolment and triggers the correct email
• One dynamic content block, using the conditions stated below in the Solution design

The team will also provide end-to-end testing of the process, submitting tests from a copy one of the process's three forms.
The project concludes with a 30‑minute recorded walkthrough (hosted via Zoom) and comprehensive documentation detailing the build and testing outcomes. Following this, a 10‑working‑day support window will be provided, during which Dotdigital will assist with issue triage and guidance before formal project closure.
