Project outline
- Design & build of a new "Custom Design Email Template Kit Plus" (header, footer, 9 blocks).
- We will be referring to the layout and structure of the existing template as a starting point, and adapting / refining for the new branding, with email design best practice front of mind.
- Email client compatibility - a high proportion of contacts open in Outlook for Windows. Rounded corner code is not supported in most versions of Outlook, and we agreed that the discrepancy between appearance in EasyEditor vs. Outlook for Windows would cause confusion for those using the template. Rounded corners will therefore need to be added to images prior to uploading to Dotdigital.
- Rush fee included - this will reduce the timeline from 5-6+ weeks to 2-3+ weeks. (We will be aiming for completion before 20th November 2025).
- Timelines will depend upon receipt of prompt feedback at each stage of the design and build process.

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
