What’s included
An initial call with Implementation Consultant to agree on timings for the session and confirm what has been scoped
- 1 x 2 hour interactive session, including:
- Overview of program builder and terminology
- Program build
- Program best practice
- Testing best practice
- The programs will be created and ready for you to set live at the end of the session; alternatively, Implementation Consultancy may set a task(s) at the end of the session for you to carry out
- A 30 minute follow up call 1-2 weeks after the sessions to cover anything outstanding, to recap on the setup or to review any tasks set
- Documentation in the form of a PowerPoint deck or pdf will be provided post-session and will contain all deliverables covered as well as any useful resources
- We will include a section on how Hackney can replicate the solution for the Hackney Museum & Library

Confirmation on how data is passing into the program

- Anything in addition to or outside of the above will require a rescope and may incur additional costs
