The programs will be saved in new folders in the account called Dotdigital Migrated Programs in the new accounts.

Once completed, the Implementation Consultant will inform the client and close the project.

Things to note

  • The project does not include
    • Amends or configuration of start nodes
    • Amends or configuration of decision nodes
    • Copying the triggered email campaigns used in the automations
    • Recreating any data fields required in the automations
    • Testing the automations
  • Anything in addition to or outside of the above will require a rescope and may incur additional costs

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
