Project outline

To amend existing images and text, redesign the form section, and add new preferences (with icons accompanying checkboxes) plus consent checkbox.
Covers UK version only, further versions will need to be scoped separately.
The date field will consist of DD MM dropdowns and will pass a hidden arbitrary year value to create a full date to submit to the date data field.
For the opt out of mother’s day and father’s day checkboxes, checking the box will submit a “yes” value and opt the contact in to whatever they have checked. Wording around these checkboxes will need to reflect this so users are clear on how it works.
When submitting the brief, please confirm whether mobile number will be a text data field or contact ID.

Project requirements

Please provide images and icons to Creative.Services@dotdigital.com.
Once the order is processed you will receive a link to an online brief where you can list the data fields, marketing preferences etc and provide your chosen wording.
