• The vertical pipes in the footer will be adjusted/repositioned on mobile using media queries. This means that there may be inconsistent rendering in some Android email clients who do not support media queries. We can remove the pipes if required for consistent rendering
  
• We will use the existing fonts from the master template in the client’s account (attaching them here further below). If they wish us to load new variations of the fonts, we will need to get the new public links for the hosted fonts from the client’s website
• Any delays in testing or sending feedback may result in the timeline below being delayed

• Proposed timeline:
  28/01: Receive Processed order form, .ai file and any other required assets
  03/02: Deliver header & footer into account for testing
  05/02: Receive 1 round of technical amends
  09/02: Deliver amended header & footer

Professional Services Terms

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 6 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
