• The Digital Project Manager will build three forms, outlined here

• The Digital Project Manager will use the hidden value form field, which will be populated only when a user clicks through from the email campaign onto the form and submits the form

• A simple styled page with your brand colours, logo and fonts*
• Styled form question and answer fields
• Form build and test without section logic
• Form question to data field mapping where required
• Submit and / or notification settings applied

• Where mapping form questions to data fields, these need to exist in the chosen account(s) or you'll need to confirm the field name and value
• When the form is published, if a custom from address doesn't exist in the specified account(s) we'll publish on the Dotdigital default domain
• *For any fonts not listed in the editor drop-down, adding these will need to be quoted through our Creative Studio

• Each image will be linked to the relevant form built above

• Once the forms and the custom building block has been signed off, the Digital Project Manager will complete a round of testing to ensure the selected data field is updating with the correct values
