Project outline

  • To design & build a custom unsubscribe page with a survey embedded onto the confirmation page.
  • The contact journey will be:
    • Click unsubscribe link in email
    • Land on unsubscribe page and click unsubscribe button
    • Land on confirmation page containingunsubscribe reason survey.
  • IMPORTANT:
    • Campaign level unsubscribe reporting will be lost for any unsubscribes made via the custom page.
    • Deliverability will need to approve the page when you add it to your account's unsubscribe link.
    • The survey will be editable, but the custom unsubscribe page form will not be editable.

  • Please send brand guidelines, unsubscribe survey questions, and hi res logo to creative.services@dotdigital.com. Please also confirm which account this is to be built in.
