• 1 x setup of a one off program to update all existing contacts and opt them into the newly created preferences
• 1 x build of a landing page with a form that contains email and the preference block – based on the existing Landing Page template in the account
• 1 x creation subscriber segments (3) to match each event preference
• 1 x setup of a program to run daily to check for any new contacts and set all preferences if they are empty (essentially a duplicate of the 1 off program but with a daily enrolment)

 

Caveats/Notes:

• The quote is limited to the work above and any changes to the scope may incur an extra cost
• Does not include the setup of Preferences as this is already being managed by the Comexposium team
• Does not include any changes to the Landing Page template or design edits
• Landing page copy and imagery (as required) must be supplied by Comexpoisum team

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
