Project outline


The Dotdigital Implementation Consultancy team will create 20 segments in the account, using a master list that InCrowd Sports will supply. The Implementation Consultant will then demonstrate the process of deleting data from the Dotdigital account on a recorded call.
The Implementation Consultant will also create a re-engagement automation program, which will enrol contacts who have not engaged in a while, break them down into smaller groups and send one email campaign. If the contact does not engage with the campaign, then the contact will be deleted.
Project documentation and call recordings will be provided so that Burnley feel confident to manage the segments and automation moving forward.
