Project outline

  • Dotdigital will build an EasyEditor-compatible template based upon your design. 
  • We will apply minor adjustments for EasyEditor compatibility and general email best practice:
    • This will mainly just be slight reductions to email width and padding. 
    • Please note we'll need to use an email-safe font such as Arial in the buttons as Avenir is not available on all devices and could cause button rendering issues.
    • Some features will not display on Outlook for Windows, such as the rounded corners of the heading block, the gradient background of the heading block, and rounded corners on the images (unless these are included as part of the image). A plain fallback colour and square corners will display instead on Outlook for Windows. 
    • NB The gradient background colour will not be editable without amending the HTML, so if you will need to change the background of the heading block, we'd recommend this is added as an image, or a plain colour is used instead. 
  • There will be 2 rounds of amends included in the project process for you to test and approve the mobile rendering & design adjustments, and address any functionality issues.

  • Client to provide layered design file (XD, PSD, AI, Figma, etc)

Professional Services Terms

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
