Project outline

Build master template from “2025 Template Redesign - Content Blocks.psd”
- (7 – 10 working days)
Create language variants for the 5 templates (inc rtl text direction amendments on Arabic templates)
- (5 – 7 working days following sign-off on master template)
Create market-specific variants of templates and copy to child accounts (create and store into folders in custom templates or triggered emails areas as instructed)
- (7 – 10 working days following sign-off on language template)
Remove old custom building blocks and save new custom building blocks, in language specific folders where instructed
- (5 – 7 working days following sign-off on market-specific variant templates)
Remove old custom colours from accounts and add new ones
Create folders in template area in each account; rename and archive old templates
Update button and text input border colours in published on-page forms and republish.
- (The above 3 points can be done concurrently with the template work.)
