    11.0 Sign-up Forms

    • Copy, amend and test signup forms (footer and on-page)
      • 2 x forms, 2 x confirmation pages

     

    12.0 Master Email Template

    • Build master email template “T001 – Market [language] – MASTER” in international account and localise
      • Copy to local account and rename “PJI Template – Master [language] - TEMPLATE - DO NOT TOUCH” ensuring footer is linked to preference centre and unsubscribe, add to Master templates – DO NOT TOUCH folder

     

    13.0 Custom Styling

    • Add custom building blocks to account
    • Add custom colours to account

     

    14.0 Local Email Template

    • Create local template under Templates folder - “T002 – Market [language] – Promo Template” according to the brief

     

    15.0 Programs & Triggered Campaigns

    • Copy relevant templates x 3 from Shared Templates, add to Triggered Emails in the relevant folders:
      • PJI Triggered email – T003 Welcome [language] - TEMPLATE - DO NOT TOUCH
      • PJI Triggered email – T004 Birthday [language] - TEMPLATE - DO NOT TOUCH
      • PJI Triggered email – T005 Win-Back [language] - TEMPLATE - DO NOT TOUCH


    Project requirements

    • Prior to commencing the work we’ll need the following to be confirmed/provided:

      1. Sign-off on the 5 English language templates that George has created in the international account 
      2. Confirmation of which account to copy the signup forms from
      3. Localisation / market information for the master/triggered/promo templates as applicable (company info, addresses, links, etc)
      4. We assume the signup forms will be in English, otherwise, translations for the signup forms and confirmation pages  (unless copying forms from an account with the correct language, per point 2)

    Cost and additional information

    • Expected turnaround within 7 - 10 working days upon receipt of processed order and required information. Please note certain elements will need to be coordinated with the IC team, for example lists will need to be set up prior to signup forms being set up and tested.

    Professional Services Terms

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
