    • Add custom from address
      • This may be managed by FinOps on when the account is activated, but if it’s not, then IC will manage it
    • Adjust account settings
    • Set time zone
    • Set locale
    • Amend regulatory settings to “Do not double opt-in”
    • Amend regulatory settings to show the unsubscribe page only
    • Set account UTM settings
    • Add in resubscribe logo
    • Create seed list
    • Suppress competitor domains
  • Implementation – 5 Professional Services Credits
    • Data fields and lists
    • Add data fields
    • Add marketing preferences
    • Add lists
    • Add segments
  • Automations
    • Recreate welcome program
    • Recreate win back program
    • Recreate birthday program

Papa Johns will be responsible for amending list settings and activating final programs.

Things to note

  • Anything in addition to or outside of the above will require a rescope and may incur additional costs
  • Creative templates have been descoped for PT - Papa John's will self manage this and the setup of the Welcome, Winback and Birthday triggered emails
    • Dotdigital will add campaign send placeholder nodes into the automation programs

    • Stage 2 – implementation tasks from brief – due 11 June
    • Stage 3 – creative – not included as part of this scope

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
