987882 - Mountain Warehouse - Managed Deliverability Migration Plans - Managed Services

One of our Deliverability Consultants will perform an email list composition analysis and develop a bespoke migration
plan based on your recipients. The plan will include guidance on list segmentation based on domain and engagement,
and assigning of each address to be mailed on a specific day during ramp up period.

The Managed Migration Plan will include the building of segments for the plan, creation of up to 3 campaigns for the plan and the scheduling of the sends.
The product/service described above ("Work") must be redeemed within twelve months from purchase, on a date and
time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of the platform or if Dotdigital otherwise agrees an
extension in writing, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the Work (in whole or in part) will result in
forfeiture of the entirety of the Work fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided. In addition to
