The Dotdigital Implementation Consultancy team will design and build a single-step SMS automation for CQI to remind members to renew their membership.

A SOW was created for this project, named 2025-11 - The Chartered Quality Institute - SMS Reminder Automation - 1.0.

The Dotdigital Implementation Consultancy team will design and build a single-step SMS automation for CQI to remind members to renew their membership.

Contacts will be enrolled monthly via a CRM segment (“IRCA Renewal for SMS”) that identifies members with a paid_thru date within the next 31 days and a valid mobile number. The automation will consist of a start node, an SMS campaign node, and an end node.

CQI will provide the SMS content, including campaign name, message copy, shortened links, and expiry time. Once the SMS is sent, contacts will exit the program. The Implementation Consultant will deliver a recorded Zoom walkthrough and supporting documentation. A 10-working-day support window will follow, during which CQI will monitor the automation and report issues.

After the 10 working day period has elapsed, the project will be closed.

Courtesy period

A 10-working-day support window will begin once the walkthrough has been delivered. During this period:

  • CQI will monitor the automations and report any issues
  • The Implementation Consultant will triage reported issues and determine who they should be escalated to

At the end of the 10-day period, the Implementation Consultant will formally close the project, even if the automation has not been set live.

Things to note

  • Anything in addition to or outside of the above will require a rescope and may incur additional costs

    Timelines are estimated at point of this document being created. Delays in assets being provided, or increased changes will extend the delivery. Where possible, Dotdigital will always aim to deliver ahead of schedule.

Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
