Pre-call SMS data

The Pre-call SMS program sends an SMS to contacts who have filled in an enquiry form and stated that they are happy to be contacted by SMS. The SMS informs them that a Key Retirement Group will call them shorlty and informs them of the phone number the call will be coming from.

Contacts are added into the list New Contacts from Kentico and enrolled into the Pre-call SMS program via the program enrolments settings on the list properties.

Confidence check

The Dotdigital Implementation Consultant will perform a confidence check on the pre-call SMS program.

One round of testing is included in the project. Once the test is complete, the Implementation Consultant will share documentation with Key Retirement Group.

Courtesy period

A 10-working-day support window will begin once project documentation has been delivered to Key Retirement Group. During this period:

  • Key Retirement Group will monitor the program and report any issues
  • The Implementation Consultant will triage reported issues

At the end of the 10-day period, the Implementation Consultant will formally close the project.

Things to note

  • Anything in addition to or outside of the above will require a rescope and may incur additional costs


    Project schedule

    Timelines are estimated at point of this document being created. Delays in assets being provided, or increased changes will extend the delivery. Where possible, Dotdigital will always aim to deliver ahead of schedule.
