A confidence check for the Bulk Tactical Sends - 2020 program.

Bulk tactical sends

The bulk tactical sends program sends out a campaign to contacts after they have already completed an enquiry for equity release and after some time has elapsed. The goal is to encourage the contact to revisit their enquiry.

The program determines:

  • If contacts should be contacted according to their membership of various lists
  • If they have indicated that they can be emailed via a contact data field (ALLOWEMAIL)
  • If they have opened any email campaign in the last year
  • If they were added to the account in the last year
  • If they have made an enquiry in the last year

There are then random split nodes so that contacts receive the emails at various points during the day.

Contacts are added into the Bulk Tactical Sends program via the Bulk Contact Management program in the same account.

Confidence check

The Dotdigital Implementation Consultant will perform a confidence check on the Bulk Tactical Sends program.

Program rebuild

Once the confidence check has been carried out, the Implementation Consultant will restructure the program according to the findings of the test.

The rebuild will include:

  •  Additional annotations
  • Clearer exit node labelling
  • A layout adjustment to make the structure more readable

Key Retirement Group will need to confirm a time where the program can be deactivated so that the Implementation Consultant can make the agreed upon changes.

Courtesy period

A 10-working-day support window will begin once project documentation has been delivered to Key Retirement Group. During this period:

  • Key Retirement Group will monitor the program and report any issues
  • The Implementation Consultant will triage reported issues

At the end of the 10-day period, the Implementation Consultant will formally close the project.

  • Anything in addition to or outside of the above will require a rescope and may incur additional costs

    Timelines are estimated at point of this document being created. Delays in assets being provided, or increased changes will extend the delivery. Where possible, Dotdigital will always aim to deliver ahead of schedule.

    Professional Services Terms

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital.
