    • Total basket price
  • Product recommendations, via the Engagement Cloud native product recommendations tool
    • Liverpool to decide which recommendation dotdigital should build from the following:
      • Custom category (data required: Product data)
      • Best sellers (data required: Products, Orders)
      • Most viewed (data required: Products, Web Behavior Tracking)
      • Trending (data required: Products, Orders, Web Behavior Tracking)
      • Also bought (data required: Products, Orders)
    • dotdigital will then add this recommendation into the three campaigns

Other campaign requirements:
  • Liverpool to supply:
    • Subject lines for all three builds
    • Pre-header text for all three builds
    • Additional copy for all three builds
    • Imagery for all three builds
  • 2 rounds of amends are included
 
1 abandoned cart program build, to include:
  • 3 step abandoned cart program build, including OneTrust consent rules:
    • Must have AND(OT_Email=TRUE, OT_Products=TRUE)
    • Checking if an order has been placed via the updated CartInsight record in a certain amount of days to be specified by Liverpool
      • If an order has been placed, the user should be exited
      • If an order has not been placed, the user should receive the next abandoned cart campaign
  • Enrolment testing on your live site
  • Enrolment will need to be configured by Liverpool via their Magento admin console – dotdigital to specify where
  • dotdigital will create an account on your website (if publicly available on staging), add items to the cart, abandon and check:
    • The contact record, to show the items that were abandoned sync through to the CartInsight data
    • The program enrolment, to check that the user has enrolled onto the correct program
Regarding shirt customisations and product pricing:
  • This may be possible but is not likely to be deliverable for MVP given the deadline – totalPrice will be given precedence.
  • Is there something in the SKU/Product name that would indicate a user has customised their shirt? Or is it just the pricing?
 
Regarding the basket session:
  • Our expected behaviour for the Back to cart link that is generated in Magento and passed via CartInsight data is:
    • Registered customers who are logged in will be taken straight back to their cart. In doing so, we evaluate the contents of the customer's current quote and any missing items from the abandoned cart that are no longer in the customer's current cart (if they have one on the go) will be re-added.
    • Registered customers who aren’t logged in will be taken to the customer login page and, once logged in, they will be taken to their cart – but their cart doesn’t get completed with missing items from their current quote.
