What we'll need from you

  • For Abandoned Cart Add-on, you’ll need to have previously had an Abandoned Cart service delivered by dotdigital, or be purchasing this alongside an Abandoned Cart Implementation

    Cost and additional information
    • For non Magento 2 implementations, you’ll be required to add scripts to your site to enable syncing of cart data to your Engagement Cloud account. This will be discussed during your qualification call
    • Your Digital Marketing Specialist assigned will advise what’s needed from you to complete the email builds
    • Your Digital Marketing Specialist assigned will advise on timelines for delivery of the project

     

    • Expected turnaround within 30 working days upon receipt of assets/ data etc.

    • Number of credits = 23

     

     

    Professional Services Terms
    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
