Project outline
- Initial briefing call with your assigned DMS to confirm program objectives
- DMS will go away, prep for the session and schedule this within 2 weeks
- Ideally, Aromatherapy Associates will have content prepped, but if not we can pop placeholder nodes in the program
- We’ll cover
- Program builder overview
- Node breakdown
- General best practise
- Building your program and annotating
- How to test
- Setting enrolment from M2 (this will be shown on one of our demo accounts)
- *quick product recommendation overview
- If necessary, we’ll give Aromatherapy Associates actions to take away to implement, and schedule a short follow up to cover these off
- We’ll be able to record the session
- We’ll provide a powerpoint post-workshop with everything covered, and some further useful tips/ links
- Recommended to have no more than 6 participants
- Delivery within 10-15 working days of the project being assigned
- Total cost: 15 credits
Program recommendation
- Enrol contacts to welcome program from Magento
- Check whether they’re a new subscriber or have previously subscribed
- Send a ‘thanks for resubscribing’ email, or exit them – either is fine
- Check whether they’ve made an order at the same time as subscribing
- Subscribed only
- Send email 1
- (we can do a check here to see if they’ve made an order and push them over to the purchaser route)
- Email 2 – discount reminder after 4 days
- Email 3 – Final reminder to non-openers only
- Subscribed and purchased – avoid any discount messaging here, use product recommendations ‘also bought’

- After 4 days send email 2
- On day 7 send a 3rd email (will this be to non-openers, or potentially a push toward engaging on socials?)

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
