  • Post implementation of the current projects, complete a walkthrough via screenshare with one of the builds (probably Sherpa EN)
  • Deck provided for setup of AC and AB, with guidance on amending any values or introducing new values if these were ever needed
  • BT create a build post session and deck, where we'll keep the project on hold for two weeks to answer any questions during this time before closing

    • Expected turnaround within 30 working days from receipt of assets, any required data or 'else' as stated above/ agreed with your DMS

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
