Summary of project
A confidence check for the program EOS FW 21 UK. The program will be replicated to the sandbox account championstore@hanes.com and tested there.
  • The assigned DMS will duplicate and test the journey once
  • The DMS may make amends to the program flow to allow for testing enrolment nodes or shorter delays to allow them to complete the test in time
  • Where a campaign has not been created or included, the client should advise the DMS of an alternative campaign to test in its place
  • The assigned DMS will document any findings or results of their test
  • The DMS will make recommendations on fixing the journey if applicable

Things to note
  • The DMS will not make any amends to the original program, they will only amend the duplicate they use for testing
  • Champion are responsible for ensuring the correct Order Insight data is available in the sandbox account for testing purposes
  • Champion are responsible for verifying that users are added into the Facebook Audience specified in the program

  • The project will be delivered by close of business 17th December 2021 provided that the correct testing data is available, or 'else' as stated above

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
