Project outline

Christopher Ward require their contact and insight data to be automatically imported into their Engagement Cloud account on a scheduled basis.

The dotdigital CTS (Custom Technical Solutions) team will set-up and host an SFTP site that Christopher Ward can use to upload their contact and appointment data to.

The dotidigital CTS team will also build a custom import script that collects the data provided from the SFTP site on a scheduled basis, formats it ready for import into Engagement Cloud and then imports the data into the appropriate data storage areas of the platform.

     Professional Services Terms

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
