Project outline
- Custom preference centre checks for contact in both Engagement Cloud accounts and shows relevant preferences. Contact preferences updated in both accounts simultaneously.
- On successful update in the Engagement Cloud accounts, contact preferences are also updated in Amadeus via API (TBC).
- A custom process built by dotdigital gets modified contacts from Amadeus on a regular basis (e.g. every 5 minutes) and imports them into Engagement Cloud. This will include any contacts modified via the preference centre.
- Data does not go in the other direction from EC to Amadeus

Professional Services Terms
The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
