• Once the form design has been signed off, a Digital Project Manager will add the following form blocks:

• First name – linked to FIRSTNAME data field
• Last name – linked to LASTNAME data field
• Company – linked to corresponding company data field (DPM to create one if one doesn’t already exist)
• RSVP - linked to corresponding RSVP data field (DPM to create one if one doesn’t already exist)
• The fields will be pre-populated where data exists for that user
• All users who RSVP will be added to the same address book and added onto the reminder program
• The reminder program will consist of:
• A start node of no scheduled enrolment
• A delay (number of days to be confirmed by ITV)
• A decision to check if a user has RSVP’d
• If a user has not RSVP’d, they will receive the reminder and exit the program
• If a user has RSVP’d, they will exit the program
• The DPM will test the functionality internally
• The DPM will then arrange a call with the ITV team to demonstrate how the end-to-end process works
• The DPM will support ITV during their own testing, answering questions around the process
