  - 2x triggered email campaigns, these campaigns will have content variants based on categories abandoned;

  - The client will supply a mockup/excel with content variations
  - 1x review of the existing abandoned cart journey, make a duplicate and any updates before testing, then apply the latest changes into the current program
  - The current cart implementation is utilising legacy scripts, program ID is being used to push contacts into the program
- Delivery - abandoned browse
  - 2x triggered email campaigns, these campaigns will have content variants based on categories browsed;
    - Fabric & Wallpaper | Accessories | everything else
  - The client will supply a mockup/excel with content variations
  - 1x build and test of an abandoned browse program

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
