Dotdigital – UMG Project brief

 

This is an internal document for the dotmailer UMG Account Manager or Customer Success Manager to use when confirming client’s credits usage. The process manager will use this to complete UMG custom order form.

DE Unsubscribe copy/image/link changes for 3 accounts

Please state any additional notes that needs to be added to the service order.

 

Here’s a summary of the changes:

 

  • For the DG (DG imprint only) account, we need the PC in English only. Please also remove the current headline “Deutsche Grammophon Newsletter,” but leave the logo. I’ve also added this note to an additional column titled “Additional instructions” (row AJ) at the very bottom.

 

  • For the other two accounts (badmómzjay (DE) & UMG Jazz (DE)), we need DE & EN. For the English version, please use the Default English Version from line 5.
  • Since the Footer Text remains the same, regardless the language settings, please include both (DE & EN) texts in the footer. Please list them one below the other. First the German text and then the English.

 

For all accounts:

  • Please only display address books that are public and to which the contact has already subscribed.
  • All marketing preferences can be visible to everyone as long as we have set them to public.

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of the Dotdigital platform, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
