Things to know and caveats
  • Following review of your requirements, it may not be possible for dotdigital to produce a viable custom preference centre solution
  • Preference centres must be linked to from your email campaigns using the specific URL provided by dotdigital
  • Preference centres will be hosted by dotdigital on a branded domain
  • Unsubscribes processed through the custom preference centre cannot be reported at campaign level, only account level
  • Any alterations or additions to the signed off scope at build stage will incur extra cost
