Project outline

For this project, the Dotdigital Custom Technical Solutions (CTS) team will use the allocated API Consultancy hours to:

  • Review the existing Papa Johns Integration Standards Document (potentially an initial call will be required to clarify some initial points).
  • Provide written feedback to Papa Johns on updates and changes that can be made, as-per the instructions in the 'Dotdigital Integration Guide Scope.pdf' document.
  • Review the updated documentation to confirm that the updates have been applied correctly.


Project requirements

  • Papa Johns to apply recommended updates to the Integration Standards Document based on feedback and analysis provided by Dotdigital

Cost and additional information

  • The Dotdigital CTS team will begin working on the review within 5 working days upon receipt of payment (credits)

  • The hours do not include a review of, or advice on, the Dotdigital Push/SDK documentation. This will need to be done by another team at Dotdigital.

 

  • If additional hours are required then this will be flagged to Papa Johns and their Dotdigital Customer Success representative.

 

  • Number of credits = 10

 

Professional Services Terms

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of the Dotdigital platform, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
