Client responsibility

  • Supply dotdigital with campaign content such as
    • subject line (this cannot use values from insight data) 
    • preheader text
    • email body 
    • product attributes to display in the browse block 
  • Confirm which template/campaign in the account can be used to create the emails or supply dotdigital with a mock-up 
  • For the automation program
    • how long after an abandonment should the contact be enrolled to the browse program 
    • the delays between sends
    • any exclusion criteria such as 'has received a cart email today' or 'has made a purchase today' 
    • any exit criteria between sends
    • any specific enrolment rules such as are in a specific list or have certain data field attributes
