Amends to automation journey, quote number 2115255515
- Add an Update contact node to the 15% who pass into the second journey so they can be identified using a data field
- Using the newly created data field, update the first journey's enrolment criteria to exclude contacts who meet the rule: NEWDATAFIELD = Y, indicating that these users are already present in the second journey
- To ensure contacts are not reentering the first journey within 180 days, contacts who reach the end of the second journey will be held at a 180 day delay node
- An Update contact node will be added immediately after the 180 days node and before exiting to update the new data field to No
- The enrolment limit of 180 days on journey 1 will be removed
