Project outline
  • A collaborative implementation session to cover the build of a two part automation program
  • Part 1: Getting the 10% random split of the 7 audiences
    • To ensure we have 10% of each segment that the DMA wishes to target, each audience would need its own program.
    • If the split was incorporated into the main program, then the split node would take 10% of the whole audience, rather than of each segment.
  • Part 2: Sending out the surveys
    • One journey which would send out the survey emails
    • The survey emails would include links to different surveys via a dynamic content block built in the campaigns
    • Please note that the dynamic content block needs to use a data field in order to distinguish between the links, so the audience segments that the DMA use need to be indicated by a data field

Project requirements
  • DMA UK would need to ensure the campaigns are ready before the session

  • Turnaround: Within 15 working days on receipt of order and any required assets or information provided by the customer

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital.
