Project outline

Knight Frank has requested Dotdigital to assist with conducting an audit a subset of their Dotdigital accounts. The scope of this work includes Dotdigital compiling a list of all Surveys, Pages, and Forms to assess the effort required for a larger domain change planned for the near future. This is a one-time extract and will not be required on a rolling basis.

Data to be Extracted
For each form, the following information will be included:
• Account Name
• Form Name
• Published Status
• Published Date (Last Published)
• App URL
• Published Form URL

Accounts in Scope

A total of 6 accounts to be included:

File Delivery

Dotdigital will provide a CSV file which outputs all of the attributes outlined above. The file will be sent securely via Dotdigital’s approved file sharing solution, dropbox.

Project Duration: 5 Working Days`

Caveats

• Exporting HTML of forms is out of scope.
• No changes to the forms are included in the quote cost. (edited)

Professional Services Terms

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
