    Testing is essential to learning from your audience and optimising performance but it can also be daunting. Our team provides consultancy to help you embed a testing strategy, launch tests, and extract actionable insights from the results. You may benefit from this service if you:

    • Email client considerations (Outlook and Gmail rendering)
    • Mobile rendering
    • Position and style of CTAs, headings and text
    • Layout review (padding, spacing and alignment)

     

    You'll Receive

    • A short written report with our feedback and recommendations.
    • An optional call of up to 1 hour to discuss the report.

     

    Things to know and caveats

    • The review is purely design focused - it does not cover strategic consultancy or advice on topics such as personalisation, use of data, dynamic content, testing, segmenting and so on.
    • Doesn’t include implementation of any of the advice by the Creative team.
    • Recommended actions are recommendations only and aren’t guaranteed to improve engagement.

      The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
