- Connection to existing customer datafields / preferences (as provided by the customer)
What’s not included
- Creation of new data fields or preferences within the account
- Copywriting or content creation
- Ongoing maintenance or future amendments
Prerequisites (required before build starts)
- Customer to:
- Create all required data fields / marketing preferences in the Animal account
- Provide exact field names
- Supply Animal logo, brand colours, and imagery
- Build will only begin once the order is confirmed and prerequisites are in place
Delivery
- Estimated effort: 7-9 working days for the first visual, 5 working days for the build post visual sign off

Professional Services Terms
The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
