Webhook Configuration for Dynamic Issuer Statements

A webhook will be implemented to generate an Issuer Statement insight data record. This record will serve as the source for dynamically rendering issuer statements within email templates. By centralizing the issuer's statement of content in a single location, future edits can be managed efficiently without requiring modifications to individual templates or emails. The solution will automatically populate issuer statements based on the associated brand ID, ensuring consistency and reducing manual effort. Once the insight data record is established, email templates will be configured with the appropriate rules to display the content accurately and in alignment with brand requirements.

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
