• Marketing product recommendation block for Ann Summers’ abandoned cart emails.
• It shows lower-priced items (£10 or under) to help customers reach the free delivery threshold.

What’s included:

• A “Bought together” recommendation.
• Rules limiting results to products priced at £10 or under and above a minimum stock level of 30.
• Exclusion of specified SKUs, for example cables, batteries and novelty items. Ann Summers to confirm which SKUs should be excluded.
• A “Bestsellers – under 10 – fallback” recommendation for contacts with no relevant data.
• A dynamic heading above the block, such as “These under £10 favourites will get you there”.

Display logic:

• The block will be placed into the campaign which displays only when the contact's total cart is between £40 and £50.

Out of scope or limitations:

• The dynamic heading can only be amended once the block has been placed into the campaign.
• Category-specific logic (lingerie carts see lingerie, toy carts see toys) needs custom Liquid or Personalisation, which isn’t part of this build.
• Trending, Most viewed and Last browsed recommendations aren’t available because of an open Support issue.
• The bestsellers fallback will replace the entire main recommendation rather than supplementing
• The block can’t take into account the actual amount required to reach the delivery threshold and adjust what it displays
