  • 2x rounds of copy amends (content to be provided by client)

  • End-to-end testing

Walkthrough and documentation - 6 Professional Services Credits

  • 2hr screenshare (either one session, or two one hour sessions) delivered via Zoom for up to 6 attendees – this covers
    • Generating segments to check cart records
    • An overview of the liquid used to populate carts in campaigns including explanations around the filters and queries being used
    • Previewing and testing the campaigns
    • Automation logic
  • Detailed documentation including the above, as well as supplying useful links and accessing abandoned cart reports


Project detail

  • We’ve already shared information around implementation of the Dotdigital Tag to fulfil triggering carts as HiPP UK have a headless instance.

    • We will re-supply this information at kick-off.

  • The dependency for build and test is having the Dotdigital Tag successfully implemented and syncing sessions to HiPP UK's Dotdigital account

    • We strongly recommend script implementation is completed in a staging environment that's connected to a Dotdigital sandbox account first in the event any script adjustments are required.

  • Anything in addition to or outside of the above will require a rescope and may incur additional costs

    Lead times for delivery are typically 8 weeks dependent on:

    • Amount of amends required
    • Delays receiving content / assets
    • Delays with script implementation etc.

    Professional Services Terms

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
