Dotdigital Implementation Consultancy | APAC Managed Service Project - Custom Hours for Al-Ikhsan (Birthday Automation)

• Includes 2 x tests of each automation (where required)
• Includes the setup of 3 x campaigns in total for 1 automations using the template which is available in Al-ikhsan’s account
• Includes 1 round of changes for the automation and it’s related campaigns
• Maximum of 20 nodes per automation
• Copy and imagery to be supplied by Al-ikhsan
• If any delays with the supply of materials for the campaign, the proposed live date for some automations may be affected/ pushed back
• Does not include creation of any new or bespoke building blocks
• Does not include any creation of discount codes
• Does not include the creation of any address books. The client will have to build these prior to starting the above work
• The quote assumes the required data (i.e. Birthday date datafield, Anniversary Date datafield) is available in the Al-ikhsan’s account
• The quote is based on the above points only and any changes to scope/requirements may incur additional costs
• The project does not include any setup or testing of any other functionality
• The client is responsible for ensuring the timely import of necessary data. Any delay in syncing data into Dotdigital will result in a delay in the project's delivery. Dotdigital will not be held accountable for any overall project delays caused by such data sync issues.
• Client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final deliverable before implementation; any errors or issues identified after implementation may incur additional costs for resolution.

Timeline/ Deadline for Work

Redeeming this project does not guarantee an immediate delivery date. The timeline and delivery schedule will need to be discussed and agreed upon between Al-Ikhsan Sport and the Dotdigital Manage Services team.

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
