Summary: The Royal National Theatre (RNT) has requested consultancy support to design, develop and deploy a dynamic pre-show communications campaign within Dotdigital. The campaign will utilise Dotdigital Liquid scripting and Order Insight data to deliver personalised pre-show communications to ticket holders two days prior to their performance.
The objective of the campaign is to enhance the customer experience by providing relevant performance information, venue guidance and tailored content based on booking characteristics. The solution will dynamically personalise content using Order Insight purchase data, including performance details, venue information and audience composition.
The project will include campaign development, testing, documentation and knowledge transfer to enable the Royal National Theatre team to maintain and extend the solution following implementation.

  • Dynamic Pre-Show Campaign Development = 15 PS Credits
