Travel Chapter - Preference Centre Rebuild

The Implementation Consultancy team will deliver the following:
• Duplicate the existing preference centre to preserve the live version.
• Update the unsubscribe journey to support Push communication preferences.
• Retain the existing Email Snooze functionality.
• Replace the standard Email Unsubscribe behaviour with an Email Marketing Opt-out option.
• Display additional Push messaging and options for contacts subscribed to Push notifications.
• Configure new contact data fields where required.
• Configure webhook submission to Program Builder.
• Build an automation program to process preference selections.
• Configure Dotdigital API actions to suppress contacts where applicable.
• Extend the existing JavaScript and Liquid functionality.
• Complete testing, quality assurance and customer User Acceptance Testing.

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
