  • Abandon Browse Program

    • 1 Automation – targeting browsing of 3 categories: Women’s bags, Women’s shoes & Men’s shoes. Reminder if no open. Some exclusion rules needed e.g don't send to someone who has purchased or dropped a cart.
    • 6 Campaigns1 different campaign for each of the 3 categories and 1 reminder campaigns* for each category
      • Includes last browse product rec block and a product rec block (built by customer) that matches the category. 
  • Win-back Program
    • 1 Automation - convert single purchase customers into 2nd+ purchase - Ordered 70 days ago and not since entry - Reminder if no open
    • 2 Campaigns 

*Based this off the assumption that the campaigns won’t differ majorly.

    Things to note

    • Product Recommendation blocks would have to be built by client with the assistance of CSM
    • Includes 2 x tests of each automation (where required)
    • Includes the setup of 8 x campaigns in total for 2 automations using a template developed by our Creative Team.
    • 3 x Reminder campaign for Abandon Browse will be an adaption of the first campaign built with the same layout
    • Includes 1 round of changes for the automation campaigns before they go live.
    • Maximum of 20 nodes per automation.
    • Copy and imagery to be supplied by the client.
    • The campaigns won’t include the creation of any new or bespoke building blocks or product recommendations.
    • The quote assumes the required data (e.g Webinsights, Orderinsights) is available in the client’s account.
    • The quote is based on the above points only and any changes to scope/requirements may incur additional costs.
    • Any changes to the work regarding said Automations mentioned above will have to be rescoped.
    • The project does not include any setup or testing of any other functionality.
