A Project Manager will help manage the onboarding of Papa Johns Portugal. Including features such as data imports, automations, segment creation, and contact management. This is a standard service offering that will be adapted to support Portugal . The PM will organise weekly calls and be the go-to contact for any assistance when the Portugal team requires, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Managed Deliverability Migration Plan (Domain Ramp-Up) – 11 service credits
One of our Deliverability Consultants will perform an email list composition analysis and develop a bespoke migration plan based on your recipients. The plan will include guidance on list segmentation based on domain and engagement, as well as the allocation of each address to be mailed on a specific day during the ramp-up period. The Managed Migration Plan will also include the building of segments, the creation of up to three campaigns, and the scheduling of sends.
Abandon Cart Implementation -14 service credits
Includes: Setup of your Abandoned Cart automation series - A briefing call with your Digital Marketing Specialist to discuss your program and email setup requirements - Testing of your cart script; your Digital Marketing Specialist will create an account on your website (if publicly available on staging), add items to the cart, abandon and check the platform account to confirm data sync - Creation of up to three triggered emails - Build and test of the automation journey Notes - Pre-qualification may be required with our Solutions Consultancy team - Requires web behaviour tracking and abandoned cart scripts to be installed on the clients website

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
