Managed Deliverability Migration Plan (Domain Ramp-Up) – 14 service credits
One of our Deliverability Consultants will perform an email list composition analysis and develop a bespoke migration plan based on your recipients. The plan will include guidance on list segmentation based on domain and engagement, as well as the allocation of each address to be mailed on a specific day during the ramp-up period. The Managed Migration Plan will also include the building of segments, the creation of up to three campaigns, and the scheduling of sends.
API Consultancy – 5 service credits
Our consultancy hours are sold in 5-hour blocks. The team will be able to support S4D with any technical questions during the onboarding process. This can also include technical guidance related to preferences.
- Direct access to a Solutions Architect at Dotdigital who can answer questions about Dotdigital, the Dotdigital API, the Dotdigital tag, and other integration methods
- Guidance on integration approaches, including use cases and data requirements
- Best practice guidance for using the API or other integration methods with Dotdigital
- Reviewing and providing example API requests
- Suggestions on how the Dotdigital tag can be used at various points on the website
- Support with questions relating to the Dotdigital tag

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
